We close in less than a month! We are so close! Everyone is working so hard and I'm so excited to share this with the community.
Questions and Concerns
Parents and family members, I'm so sorry for all the miscommunications that have happened and my failure to answer your questions in a timely manner. For those of you who don't know I am a Full time student, with a full time job, and recently moved to Ogden. I am constantly busy. However that is no excuse to brush of your questions, I will try harder to answer in a timely matter, if I do not respond to you within the hour please contact someone else on the directing team so you can find your answer.
Important Reminders
We have rehearsals on Tuesdays Now!!
For the rest of the process we have added Tuesdays to the rehearsal schedule. This should be nothing new, it was on the rehearsal calendar since day 1! This includes:
Tuesday, November 19th 6:00-9:15
Tuesday, November 26th (Due to Thanksgiving Break) 6:00-9:15
Tuesday, December 3rd 6:00-9:15
and Tuesday, December 10th (Preview Night) Time TBA Due to Hair and Make-Up
Please Take Note of The 15 Minute Increase Of Our Rehearsal Time. This is mostly more of a buffer in case we go a little over time. Most cast members will still be released around 9:00-9:05.
We also have rehearsal this upcoming Saturday , Saturday November 23rd. 8:00-1:00
Signup Sheets And Volunteering
Parents and Family Members, due to our increase of rehearsal time, it's time we start having snacks for the children! We also will be having a lunch break on our Saturday Rehearsals. We need volunteers for snacks and meals. You can sign up by going to the sign up sheet or contacting someone on the directing team.

(Breakfast needs to be at the theater 10 minutes before rehearsal and lunch needs to be at the theater around 11:30.)

Loosing A Member of the Team
As many of you know, one of our Assistant Directors, Ty Stacey is leaving on a LDS mission on Wednesday. It has been awesome to have him on this journey with us. He has been so helpful and has loved working with all of the kids. He will be serving in Tampa, Florida for 2 years! Make sure if you see him at rehearsal to wish him luck and say goodbye!

Today at rehearsal posters will be passed out for children to "paint the town with" . Please get a hold of someone in the directing team if you know of a good place for a poster ie: your workplace, a friends workplace, a classroom, etc. T-shirts should be here soon! And even the word of mouth can help spread information about this awesome show!
