Parents, I'm truly sorry for the miscommunication and disorganization of the parent meeting/rehearsal last night (September 23rd). I was unable to communicate correctly with my team so they were not quite sure how I wanted the meeting conducted and what needed to be covered. A link to the parent meeting document will be available on the website. Reminder that the cast fee is $15 and it is due on October 10th. On the "news and event" page, there is a doc that will lead you to 4 sign up sheets and the rehearsal calendar. Please take a second to look at those and feel free to insert your name into the document. Click here to go straight to the document .
The four sign up sheets are:
1. A Sign Up Sheet For PARENT T-SHIRTS
-The Parent T-Shirts are $10 Each, This is a great source of
advertising to friends, family, and co-workers about our show, and we would love to paint
Brigham City with our awesome James and the Giant Peach pride. NOT REQUIRED
2. A Sign Up Sheet For VOLUNTEERING
-This is for things like bringing snacks/meal items, helping us build the set, making costumes, etc. Please feel free to help where you want.
3. A CONFLICT LIST
- This list is very important to us because it lets us know what adjustment we need to make to our rehearsal schedule as the time comes. please fill it out ASAP, we will also try putting in the conflicts that you have already listed on your audition sheet.
4. A CAST MEMBER CONTACT INFORMATION LIST
-This is so that we can quickly contact anyone directly if we have a problem. We also want this available in case parents need to arrange a carpool, or work together on preparing a meal for one of the days that we ask that families provide the cast with food.
Thank you all for your understating and patience. Again I am so excited to work with and get to know all of these talent kids. We are going to have such a great time. The rehearsal calendar will be finished by tonight. Reminder that everyone is called tomorrow from 6:30-9:00. Also a reminder to sign up for our Remind 101 if you have not.
